Nicole Czajkoski

Nicole Czajkoski, was a collegiate golfer at Sam Houston State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2001 and graduated from Baylor Law School in 2004. Nicole started her legal career as a trial attorney at the boutique business litigation firm of Tate, Moerer and King, LLC where she specialized in business and complex stock fraud litigation.

Nicole Czajkoski left the private sector to serve the citizens of Montgomery County as an Assistant District Attorney at the District Attorney’s Office in Conroe, Texas. For four years she served as the Chief Prosecutor of the White Collar Crime and Civil Division, where she specialized in fraud, embezzlement and complex financial crimes. After almost a decade of service to Montgomery County Nicole finished her career as at the District Attorney’s Office as the Major Crimes Division Chief.

In 2016, Nicole opened The Law Office of Nicole Rodriguez Czajkoski where she focuses on real estate law, civil law and white collar criminal defense. Nicole is certified Fraud Examiner and currently serves as in-house legal counsel for MHW Real Estate, Inc.
